PROBLEM:

- IpOverUsbSvc service missing
- Xaml Designer not shown
- Install/Updated hangs
- Error IAsyncAction
- Cannot deploy on phone build 10572

FIXED:

1. Un/Install Visual Studio Again. Unchecked Windows SDK and Emulator 8.1/10
=> Fixed: hangs, stuck ...

2. Download and Install Windows SDK/Emulator 10 slow ring. Current is 10.0.26624.0 (updated of 10.010240.0)
Check version SDK in properties of project and Package.appxmanifest. Does not target 10586 if cmd:winver is 10240
=> Fixed: Xam Designer not shown, error IAsyncAction...

3. Download and Install Preview Emulator, current is 10.0.10586.0
=> Fixed: Deploy on phone build 10572 and lastest...

4. Downloa and Install Preview Windows SDK, current is 10.0.10586.0
=> Fixed: IpOverUsbSvc service missing
Check status IpOverUsbSvc service again if error.
